Everton could be without Dominic Calvert-Lewin v Hull City
Everton will travel to take on Hull City in their FA Cup third-round clash on Saturday evening.
The Toffees are likely to be without Dominic Calvert-Lewin for this game, as confirmed by Rafa Benitez.
The England striker could still face Leicester City in the Premier League clash next Tuesday at Goodison Park, though.

“Dominic, we knew 90 minutes could be difficult for him, you are losing and you keep our striker on the pitch, that is what you have to do,” Benitez said, as quoted by Liverpool Echo.
“We have to manage him so I don’t think he will be available for tomorrow but he is doing well, he is training and hopefully he can be ready for the next game.”
Relief
Calvert-Lewin playing the full game in the 3-2 defeat against Brighton wasn’t ideal.
Benitez kept him in the game as the Toffees chased for an equaliser. It was a tough choice.
Calvert-Lewin has been out for so long and he will need time to regain his sharpness. Benitez has made the right decision to rest the “outstanding” striker for this game, as they need him fresh for the Leicester clash.

With Tom Davies and Andros Townsend also returning to some form of training, the injuries are dying up at the moment. Only Richarlison and Yerry Mina are long-term absentees.
The FA Cup clash has come at the right time for the Toffees. A win here would give them the confidence that they can translate into the league where they have been really struggling.
Meanwhile, Everton have been very active in the transfer window, having signed two players already. They have bolstered their defence, and it remains to be seen if they can add more players this month.
