Alan Myers responds to Everton-Ross Barkley transfer question on Twitter
Alan Myers has shared that he’s not heard about Everton making a potential move for Chelsea playmaker Ross Barkley.
The former Toffees sensation has failed to pull up trees since his move to Stamford Bridge and could be looking for an exit this month.
The Telegraph has reported that Everton could make a move for Barkley this month, with Rafa Benitez eyeing a loan switch.

A concerned fan quizzed Myers on Monday evening (10 January) insisting that the board would cause unrest with a move for Barkley.
Writing on his personal Twitter account, Myers appeared to ease those worries by insisting he’s not heard anything about an imminent move.
“Not heard anything on that,” he responded.
No chance.
We are in a real scrap right now, and Barkley just isn’t that type of player for when your backs are against the wall.
The Toffees need players who can come in, stand up and make a difference, not those who will only play well when those around them are.
Barkley can produce moments of magic, we all know that, but there is no chance he is going to want to come and fight for Rafa Benitez.
With Dominic Calvert-Lewin returning once again this week, maybe the need for a new midfield option has taken priority.
Having said that, we need better than Barkley, especially given that he would likely require huge wages to come back to Goodison Park.
