Don Hutchison wants Duncan Ferguson to take charge of Everton
Rafa Benitez is reportedly in danger of losing his job after Everton lost 2-1 against Norwich City on Saturday in the Premier League.
Don Hutchison, the former Everton player and popular pundit, has suggested that he wants to see Duncan Ferguson being given a chance to shine at Merseyside.
Everton’s travelling fans demanded that Benitez “get out of our club” after another horror performance [BBC Sport].

BT Sport pundit Hutchison was asked on Twitter who wants to see as the next Everton boss. He replied: “Dunc (Duncan Ferguson). The season is over anyway mate. Why not?”
Unacceptable
It’s time to get rid of Benitez, and the club owners appear to have finally realised that he is not the man to take the club forward.
It wasn’t an easy ride for him. There were injury problems. The squad wasn’t good enough. But one win in 13 Premier League games is not acceptable.
The club gave him way too much power with Farhad Moshiri backing him thick and thin. Marcelo Brands was removed and he was given authority over transfers.

The club lost a popular figure in Lucas Digne, and Benitez could bring in players of his choice. However, it’s the same old story.
A lacklustre performance with players making too many individual errors. It’s Benitez’ job to fix, but has failed to arrest the decline.
Ferguson may have not the managerial pedigree but he will unite the fan base again and bring the passion back to the club.
For the rest of the season, that should be more than enough.
