Alan Myers shares if new Farhad Moshiri injection helps Everton with FFP rules

Alan Myers has insisted that Farhad Moshiri’s new cash injection at Everton won’t have direct implications on Financial Fair Play rules.

The Times has reported that the owner has pumped £100million into the club to higher his share to 94.1% at Goodison Park.

Everton have been limited in recent transfer windows due to their financial problems, with that not expected to change.

Writing on his personal Twitter account, Myers has shared the latest regarding the money being pumped into the club.

“As far as I know it doesn’t have a direct implication, but I’m sure there will be some connection,” he wrote.

Problems.

So, if this isn’t to help with the FFP rules – what is the point in pumping the money into the club in the first place?

It is said to be there to improve the squad, but if we can’t spend the money, there is very little chance of that happening.

There are too many players at the club simply stealing a living, and that has been allowed to go on for far too long as far as we’re concerned.

This window was a brilliant chance to move on the likes of Cenk Tosun and Fabian Delph on big wages, but both will be staying by the looks of things.

It gets more frustrating by the day seeing these kinds of things happen, with Moshiri simply using this cash injection as a smokescreen at Goodison Park.
