Everton willing to pay full salary for loan of Tottenham star
Everton look to have moved into a promising position in the hunt to sign Tottenham midfielder Tanguy Ndombele as PSG need to sell players first, according to Foot Mercato.
The 25-year-old has been an irregular feature of the Spurs team this season, under both Nuno Espirito Santo and Antonio Conte, with his last game coming in the FA Cup against Morecambe, where he was substituted when 1-0 down to the League One side.
He wants out of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium now though and Everton, joined by Valencia, are in the best position to acquire his services.

PSG is still Ndombele’s preferred destination but the French club have to sell players first and that isn’t looking too likely at this moment in time.
Time to take advantage
This could be a huge chance for Everton to claim a major scalp in the transfer market.
While they, admittedly, don’t have a manager right now, a player that can change a game like Ndombele can isn’t a player to let slip from your grasp.

It hasn’t worked out as he would’ve hoped in North London but pair him with Abdoulaye Doucoure in the Toffees’ midfield, and good things could quickly come to Goodison Park.
The other arrow to Everton’s quiver is that if PSG are needing to get rid of someone, that layer could be just as much of a benefit to the team.
Whoever the Parisians offload should be high on the Everton agenda as the later in the window the deal drags on, the more desperate they will become, playing into the Merseyside club’s hands.
The ball is in Everton’s court now though and they need to play a firm forehand smash to put the opposition on the back foot and make Ndombele theirs.
