Everton set for ‘Crazy’ scenes if Farhad Moshiri gets manager call wrong on D-Day – Kevin Campbell

We’re delighted to welcome former Everton striker Kevin Campbell as our exclusive columnist. Each week the former Toffees captain will be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Goodison Park…

Kevin Campbell has insisted that it will go “Crazy” as Everton if Farhad Moshiri gets yet another managerial appointment wrong.

The ex-Toffees talisman urged the controversial owner not to move as quickly as possible, yet takes his time to make the right call instead.

David Maddock of The Mirror has shared that today (28 Jan) is D-Day for the new manager, with it coming down to Vitor Pereira, Frank Lampard or Duncan Ferguson.

“That’s the one, not as quickly as possible,” he exclusively told Goodison News.

“We must take our time to get the right person in, because another false dawn, there’s going be murders at that place, it’s going to be crazy.

“So, I feel for the club, I was there on Saturday, and I thought the team performed for Dunc but the quality in the final third, just couldn’t get that goal.”

There has been too much of this, and we feel as though we are stuck in a De Ja Vu trance yet again at Goodison Park.

How many chances does Moshiri want to find the right man?

The fans have made their voices heard very clearly, asking for Lampard over Pereira, but the introduction of Ferguson wouldn’t be a bad shout.

It is time to bring someone in who knows the club and knows the Premier League, everything else has simply failed.

Get it right, Farhad, or carnage is to come.
