Frank Lampard offered Everton job – report
Everton have offered Frank Lampard their vacant managerial role, according to The Telegraph.
The newspaper have shared the major update on their website after the former Chelsea man impressed in talks on Friday.
It is reported that Lampard will be in place for next week and will prepare for the FA Cup clash against Brentford as his first game in charge.

Farhad Moshiri and Bill Kenwright were in London for talks this afternoon, with other candidates spoken too.
Duncan Ferguson and Vitor Pereira were the others name in question, but both looked to have lost out.
Now, it is just down to Lampard to accept the post and the Toffees will begin their new era after the shocking tenure of Rafa Benitez.

Perfect.
Moshiri looks to have finally made the right decision.
Hiring Benitez was never going to work, with his clear connections to Liverpool simply ignored by the controversial owner.
Lampard is different – he is wanted by the fans, he brings a clear style of play, and importantly, isn’t afraid to give youth a chance if they deserve it.
This is huge news, and everyone will be hoping that Lampard accepts this role and takes the Toffees into a new era in the new stadium, and more importantly, the Premier League.
All eyes will switch to the transfer market after this, with those links to Ruben Loftus-Cheek certainly more plausible now before Monday’s deadline.
Here we go, we can’t wait for this to begin.
