Frank Lampard could look to bring Spurs midfielder Dele Alli to Everton
Frank Lampard could look to sign Dele Alli as he appears set to become the new Everton manager, per The Telegraph.
The report claims that he has been offered the job officially and that he could look to sign the England international before the window closes.
Everton have made three signings thus far, but are yet to sign a midfielder that can play the Alli role.

Good move?
Alli was a different animal under Mauricio Pochettino at Spurs and formed one-quarter of the famed attacker quartet at the club.
While Harry Kane and Son typically grabbed the plaudits, him and Christian Eriksen put in the hard yards to make things happen.
Alli was the one who used to make darting runs beyond Kane as he formed a terrific understanding with the England captain at the club.
At Everton, Calvert-Lewin does not play like Kane, but certainly likes players around him to square the ball to.

He is a tall and physical presence and he can help bring others into the game.
Alli is perfect at finding spaces inside the box and he is known to be lethal in front of goal.
He’s bagged four goals and provided two assists against the Toffees in 11 Premier League games so he does know a thing or two about the club.
Whether or not Everton actually sign him, remains to be seen.
