Frank Lampard would like Everton to sign Armando Broja in the summer
Frank Lampard would like Everton to sign Armando Broja in the summer if he were to be available, claims Dean Jones.
The 20-year-old Chelsea striker is currently on loan at Southampton where he has excelled under Ralph Hasenhuttl.
He was even linked with a permanent move in January, but nothing materialised and he stayed put at St Mary’s until the end of the season.

Speaking to Give Me Sport, Jones, the Eurosport journalist, “Broja, there’s no way Lampard doesn’t come into that conversation straight away. He knows him, think he gave him his debut. If he was genuinely available, Lampard would look in his direction.”
Calvert-Lewin replacement?
There’s a good chance that Dominic Calvert-Lewin leaves Everton in the summer.
He has been linked with a move to Arsenal who have lost one of their main attackers and will probably lose their most experienced one as well at the end of the season.
With Dusan Vlahovic joining Juventus, the Gunners could pull all their eggs in the Calvert-Lewin basket.
If he leaves, Broja could be earmarked as a suitable replacement for the England international.

The 20-year-old Albania international could be seen as a prudent investment given that he’s still so young.
He would move to Goodison Park with a high ceiling and could share the spoils with Richarlison.
Micah Richards is also understood to be a fan of the player, labelling him as “Excellent” earlier this season.
