Simon Jordan destroys Everton ahead of crucial clash v Leeds United
Simon Jordan has emptied both barrels on Everton ahead of their Premier League clash against Leeds on Saturday.
The Toffees go into the must-win game at Goodison Park on the back of the shocking 3-1 defeat at Newcastle in midweek.
Jordan insisted that the Blues defended “dreadfully” and that as the game went on, Frank Lampard’s men became a non-entity.

Speaking live on talkSPORT’s White and Jordan this morning (11 February), the co-host emptied both barrels on the Toffees.
“An out of sorts Everton side trying to get momentum,” he said.
“Everton were so poor in the first five or 10 minutes, giving the ball away repeatedly and you look at the nature of their defending, they get a goal that puts them in front, and then they defend dreadfully against the next set-piece to get Newcastle back in the game.
“In the second half, they were just an absolute non-entity.”

Dreadful.
Lampard can put a brave face on all that he likes, but he will have been far from pleased with what he saw from his team on Tuesday.
Some of the defending was as embarrassing as ever, but injuries certainly don’t help that with Ben Godfrey and now Yerry Mina ruled out.
Having said that, there are no excuses for consistently giving the ball away and giving all of the momentum to the other side.
That happened in parts against Brentford too, and we simply can’t allow for that to happen against a relentless Leeds side.
Marcelo Bielsa’s men won’t stop charging forward at Goodison Park, and if we can bypass that press, it will open up numerous opportunities.
It’s time to put two games and one week of training to good use, and Lampard will be raring to go to war against his old enemy yet again.
