View: Everton will get relegated under Frank Lampard

Everton fans will want to look away as a worrying table that shows where each team would find themselves in the Premier League table since the arrival of Frank Lampard circulates, as per Liverpool World.

The Blues knew it wasn’t going to be an automatic turn around when the former Chelsea boss took charge over Rafa Benitez in January, but they didn’t expect things to be as bad as they currently are.

There has certainly been a better mood around the camp since Lampard’s arrival but the most important thing, the team’s form, has stayed the same.

The Toffees find themselves embarrassingly in 19th under the new boss having won one and lost five in six games with only Norwich beneath them.

Disgraceful

The loss against Wolves certainly wasn’t the worst result that the Everton fans have witnessed this season.

The one thing Lampard has brought back is the constant fight and effort from the team that has been so desperately missed under previous managers.

There certainly were enough chances to win the game, they just simply weren’t taken and Jonjoe Kenny’s red card just before the 80th minute seemingly ended the Blues’ fight to claw something back from the game.

Week by week the relegation threat increases and the fact that this team finds themselves in this position is a disgrace. A club the size of Everton does not belong anywhere near the bottom half of the table, never mind the genuine relegation threat they find themselves under.

Lampard has to pull his finger out and find solutions to the problems before he finds himself with the sack leaving Farhad Moshiri with a huge problem.
