Jason Cundy calls Everton players ‘disgrace’ after what he has seen recently
Jason Cundy has flown off the hinges at the Everton squad after their recent performances under Frank Lampard.
Despite picking up a huge win against Newcastle, the Toffees then went to Crystal Palace in the FA Cup and were embarrassed only days later.
Cundy was left raging after that performance, calling the squad a “disgrace” for their efforts, especially at Selhurst Park.

Speaking live on talkSPORT on Thursday evening [31 March, 22:21], Cundy flew off the hinges at what he has seen.
“It’s a tough venue,” he said. “I have to say, I don’t give them a huge amount of hope, especially what I saw in the last hour of the performance against Crystal Palace.
“That’s praise saying they were awful, they were a disgrace. All over the pitch, second best.
“When you look at the team, though, it’s a team that should be halfway minimum. They are a team bereft of confidence.”

Disgrace?
These players need to stand up and be counted, and so far this season, they have not even got off the floor.
Everyone believed it was the turning point after beating Newcastle, and although the loss at Palace was in the FA Cup, it showed that soft underbelly yet again.
This squad have a huge week ahead of them against West Ham and Burnley, with this so-called away day hoodoo needing to end as soon as possible.
Frank Lampard needs points, and he may want to think about making changes to this starting XI that has been more than embarrassing.
The likes of Nathan Patterson were sensational over the international break but yet hasn’t been given the chance – that has to be the first change.
It’s time to stop making excuses, we need wins and now.
