Super Computer predicts if Everton will avoid relegation after win v Manchester United
Everton are predicted to narrowly avoid the drop after they picked up three big points against Manchester United on Saturday.
After their 3-2 defeat against Burnley in mid-week, many expected the Toffees to end up finishing in the bottom three.
Confidence was at an all-time low ahead of the United game with Frank Lampard’s position coming under tremendous scrutiny.

However, they managed to win the game 1-0 courtesy of Anthony Gordon’s first-half winner.
Once they won the game, FiveThirtyEight crunched the numbers of their Super Computer to predict the final league table.
They predict Everton to finish on 36 points, the same as Leeds United and more importantly, one more than Burnley.
Huge
What an incredible result from the Toffees and their fans will surely be singing all the way back home.
The performance here was never important as what mattered was the three points.
Against all odds, Lampard’s men managed to pick up the win and now have created some daylight between themselves and Burnley.

They were favourites to finish 18th after losing to the Clarets but the tide has now turned in their favour.
It remains to be seen if they can keep picking up crucial points from what seems to be a tough run of fixtures for the Blues.
In other Everton news, a football finance expert has made a claim on the new Toffees stadium amid a major £300m development in the last week.
