No way Farhad Moshiri sells Everton with major reshape coming – report

There is “no way” that Farhad Moshiri will sell any of his stake in Everton, according to i News on Thursday.

Reports have been circling that American consortiums had held conversations over a £350million takeover at Goodison Park.

Now is it shared that Moshiri remains fully invested in the club and is behind a major reshape coming on and off the pitch.

Moshiri does not want to dilute his controlling stake at the Toffees despite differing reports throughout the season.

Frank Lampard is said to have the backing of the owner, with future plans already set for beyond this season.

Another set of shocking financial accounts were posted in recent weeks, with Moshiri single-handily keeping the club afloat.

Expected?

We have come to expect the worst from Moshiri in recent years, and he has to learn his lessons sooner rather than later.

There have never been any complaints about him not investing in the club and the squad, but it is how he has done it.

Moshiri can stick around, but he must leave it to those who know best with regards to developments such as transfers – something he has clearly failed with in recent years.

Bringing in a real boardroom without too many ‘yes men’ will also be critical, with changes needed at every level this summer.

It looks as though we need to prepare for many more years of Moshiri and company, can they change? Time will tell.
