Mike Parry defends Everton fans as he hits out at Arsenal supporter
Mike Parry has defended Everton supporters for always backing their team even when the chips are down and odds stacked against them.
His response comes after an Arsenal fan took a dig at him and the Toffees fans for making too much of the win at Goodison Park against Chelsea.
However, their pre-match cheering helped get the team over the line and the Everton shareholder believed they did the right thing.
He wrote on Twitter, “Golly. You’re a very bitter @Arsenal fan.
Did you see the Everton supporters OUTSIDE Goodison Park on Sunday. In times of trouble at our mighty club, we get fully behind our team and our club.
“Gooner fans just winge, turn on their manager and bleat about entitlement.”
Spot on
The Everton fans have never turned on the team or Frank Lampard throughout this relegation battle.
They backed the club through thick and thin and that actually helped them get over the line against Chelsea.

While the relegation scrap isn’t over, it certainly gives them a major boost going into their next games.
Arsenal fans are known to be notoriously toxic about their players and managers.
Parry is absolutely spot on there and he certainly will have silenced him for now.
Hopefully, the Toffees ride high on that Chelsea win and give it their all in their remaining games as well.
In other Everton news, a football finance expert has made a claim on the new Toffees stadium amid a major £300m development in the last week.
