Everton forward Richarlison could play his final game at Goodison Park v Crystal Palace

Richarlison will be key for Everton once again when the Toffees face Crystal Palace in the Premier League at Goodison Park on Thursday (19 May).

The Brazilian has been one of the few shining lights (along with Jordan Pickford) in a nightmare season for the club, and once again, he will be looked up to deliver.

This is a must-win game for the Toffees. If they win it at home, they will secure the Premier League survival.

At the same time, this could also be the final home game for Richarlison.

The Brazilian forward has scored 10 goals and provided five assists in the league this season, and he has been a class player for the club. He was hailed as “Fantastic” by Kevin Campbell against Brentford [15 May, Premier League Tv productions].

Richarlison has a contract at the Merseyside club till 2024, but he is unlikely to stay until that period.

According to a recent report from Goal Brasil, Richarlison has set his heart on leaving the club.

There won’t be a shortage of interest for him from heavyweight clubs across Europe, but he prefers to stay in the Premier League.

His agent reportedly has held talks with clubs, and one could feel that his time at the Merseyside club is coming to an end.

With the club failing his match his ambition, it’s time to say goodbye to a top player.

Everton should look to recoup the maximum fee out of his sale, and preferably should look to secure an agreement with a foreign club. It would be a catastrophe if Richarlison moves to a club like Newcastle United.

The summer transfer window will be massive for the club, but chances are high that they will have to do it without Richarlison. This Thursday, it could be his final home game in an Everton shirt.
