Everton must move quickly to sign Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea.
The midfielder has been offered to Serie A giants, Inter Milan, according to Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter are said to be considering the opportunity to sign the midfielder, who has a contract until 2024.

The Blues are asking a fee for around €20m (£17m) for Loftus-Cheek, and Inter are reluctant to pay.
The Serie A side could consider a loan for the England international, whose wages would not be a problem.
Why should the Toffees not follow a similar strategy?
Back in April, The Daily Mail reported that Everton are keen to sign the talented midfielder with Frank Lampard eyeing a reunion.
The likes of West Ham, Roma, and Crystal Palace were also thought to be in the race, but it seems, Inter have made the first move.

Signing a midfielder is important for the Toffees this season. Fabian Delph will leave the club as a free agent, while the likes of Allan and Andre Gomes could be allowed to move on.
Loftus-Cheek has got loads of Premier League experience, and he is someone Lampard knows very well. He is someone the Toffees boss can trust.
At 26, Loftus-Cheek should be playing regularly for a Premier League club, and for his country rather than bit-part roles.
The amount quoted for him is apt, considering his terms of contract and the quality of the player.
A box-to-box central midfielder with game-changing abilities, his signing is no brainer.
In other Everton news, the Blues could be forced into a big sale as Alisher Usmanov’s name is mentioned in a transfer report.
