Fabrizio Romano issues Everton-Winks update as Spurs look to include Richarlison in deal
Talks between Everton and Tottenham Hotspur for Harry Winks are reportedly going on at a slow pace over the last few days.
According to Fabrizio Romano, it could be down to the fact that Richarlison has been included in those talks and his move to Spurs could be part of or separate from that deal.
It also depends on the North London outfit’s pursuit of Leeds United attacker Raphinha, who is believed to be on Antonio Conte’s radar.
Via his personal Twitter account, Romanow wrote, “Tottenham are still well informed on Richarlison – was discussed during talks for Harry Winks-Everton. Richarlison would be open to Spurs move. It also depends on Raphinha domino.
Winks talks going slow, as he could be included in Richarlison talks or separated deal.”
Delays
All parties would want things to accelerate so that they can get on with their planning for the upcoming Premier League season.

Winks is believed to be open to a move to Everton while Richarlison has made it clear he wants to leave with multiple suitors waiting in the wings.
Chelsea are also interested in him while their interest in Raphinha, along with Barcelona and Arsenal’s is only delaying that transfer.
If Spurs can get Raphinha, they may ease their pursuit of Richarlison, but given the fact that their rivals appear to be gearing up for his services, they could prioritise the Toffees forward.
We’re hoping that Everton can quickly get Winks over the line as he’s an important player addressing a key area of the pitch.
