Wilshere suggests Richarlison to have ‘good’ impact on Spurs after moving from Everton

Jack Wilshere believes that Everton star striker Richarlison will ‘definitely’ improve Tottenham Hotspur as he closes in on a major transfer.

The Brazil international is said to have completed his medical and agreed personal terms ahead of his move to London to join up with Antonio Conte.

Wilshere, while speaking on TalkSPORT, suggested that Spurs will be getting a very good player in Richarlison.

“I think he will definitely improve the [Tottenham] squad, definitely,” he said. “He gives them something different.

“He’s 25, so he’s not young. There comes a point where he’s going to have to turn all that potential into something.

“To be fair if anyone can do it it’s probably Antonio Conte. So I think he will be one to watch, he could be really, really good.”

Heart of Goodison Park

Richarlison remains the darling of Everton fans for the majority of his time at Goodison Park. Even though the recent season could not be labelled as an outright success considering his talent, it doesn’t take away the remarkable performances he has put in for the club over the last few years.

We have seen how brilliantly he linked up with the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin in particular in the previous seasons and the duo played a key role in keeping the club in the Premier League.

Even though he prefers playing on the left he can also play on the other side of the wing and create chances for his teammates.

We can fully expect him to link up with the likes of Son-Heung Min and Harry Kane next season. However, it remains to be seen how Conte integrates him into the side.

On the other hand, Frank Lampard will have a huge job of replacing the goals and creativity that Richarlison provided.
