Southampton confident of signing Everton linked Armando Broja
Southampton will be confident of signing Chelsea striker Armando Broja in the summer on a permanent deal amid strong Everton interest, as reported by The Chronicle.
The newspaper reported on their online edition on 7 July that the Broja, who is also wanted by Newcastle and West Ham, has tight links with the South Coast club.
The player enjoys a good relationship with Ralph Hasenhuttl after he enjoyed a fruitful loan spell last season.

The likes of AC Milan, Napoli and Atalanta are among Serie A clubs who have enquired about his availability. The player has no intention of leaving the Blues on loan, rather he wants to leave permanently.
Difficult
Frank Lampard holds the cards here as he is a Chelsea legend, and can return to his former club to ask for the player he wants to bolster his forward line.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin remains the first choice option for the club, rather he is only the only option at the club. Cenk Tosun has left the Toffees while Moise Kean has no future at Merseyside.

In such a scenario, signing a striker is essential this summer. Everton have money burning a hole in their pockets following the sale of Richarlison, but whether Lampard will use the chunk of the fee on the 20-year-old hitherto unknown talent remains to be seen.
The Toffees probably would take him on loan with a view to making the move permanent the following season, but the Blues probably take the cash now and reinvest it into their squad.
Broja would have been a fantastic addition for the Toffees, considering his age and qualities, but it would require a lot of effort to beat Southampton in the race.
