Everton want two major new transfers, Premier League approval hangs in balance
Everton must get Premier League approval before they can start spending money on new transfers this summer, according to the Mirror.
The newspaper have reported on their website that Frank Lampard wants two new signings for his squad as he looks to strengthen his options.
Lampard is said to be a very big fan of Southampton star Kyle Walker-Peters, with Armando Broja of Chelsea still an option to replace Richarlison in the final third.

The Toffees are keen on a loan for Broja, although Chelsea are said to want a fee should they decide to move him on – something that could remain a sticking point.
As for Walker-Peters, it would take a big fee given that Southampton would “loathe” to sell the England international this summer after his arrival from Spurs.
Should Everton get their Premier League approval, they will push to agree deals for both in what could be their final bits of business for the new season which gets underway in less than one month.

Nervous wait.
These are critical times for the Toffees, who look to be nervously waiting as this approval hangs in the balance from the Premier League.
Broja has to be the main priority over Walker-Peters, with another attacker desperately needed to fill the gap left by Richardson, who played such a huge role in this side.
Seamus Coleman, Nathan Patterson and Vitalii Mykolenko can cover the full-back positions for now, but we’re not certain anyone can fill the void left by the Brazilian in this squad.
Lampard has a big decision to make, and it could even come down to only one of these deals being able to be complete, and that leaves an easy answer behind.
Broja is the man and just imagine him and Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the final third, they would be untouchable.
Now, it is down to the Premier League to get their house in order and give Everton that all-important answer.
