Frank Lampard itching to sign Everton replacement for Richarlison as soon as possible
Frank Lampard is said to be very eager to get a deal over the line for Everton to replace Richarlison, according to the Liverpool ECHO.
The newspaper has reported on their website that the Toffees boss is looking to get a new box-office transfer done as soon as possible at Goodison Park.
It has been more than a week now since the Brazilian left to join Spurs for £60million, yet fans have been left scratching their heads with no progress made.

Things are not looking rosy right now.
Everton have the money ready to spend, but it is a different matter whether they will be able to actually do that given the strict financial fair play rules hanging over their heads.
The Mirror have reported that the Premier League need to give approval for the Toffees to complete deals, something that Lampard clearly hasn’t had yet.

Shocker.
James Tarkowski has been the only new arrival so far this summer, and with that deal being completed for free, there is little sign of any money actually being spent.
That may strengthen the back four dramatically, but Lampard will know there are numerous areas that need filling given the multiple exits we have already seen.
Full-back cover, new midfield options and certainly a new striker is needed, but when it hangs in the balance over whether you can spend money, it brings everything to a halt.
While this is happening, other clubs are spending big money and that is something that cannot be ignored.
Take Leeds for example, they have sold Kalvin Phillips and look set to lose Raphinha, but they have already brought in six new players and could go past £100million with a new striker.
How can we compete with that?
Kevin Thelwell is going to have to act smart in the remainder of this window, although Lampard will be hoping for that green light to spend big on at least one position soon.
