Everton offered Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa after agent switch
Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa’s new agents have recently offered him to Everton, according to Media Foot Marseille.
The France international, who has 13 caps for the national team, has fallen down the pecking order badly at the Parc Des Princes and club advisor Luis Campos wants him to go.
He has been left out of the preseason camp and the report says he is “clearly on the way out”. He made only a single substitute appearance in the whole of the 2021/22 season.

As such, he has switched to the CAA agency who represent a number of current Premier League stars, including current Toffee Dele Alli and recently-sold star Richarlison.
According to Media Foot: “Perfectly established in the Premier League, this company is trying to find an English way out for Layvin Kurzawa.
“According to our information, the Parisian has recently been offered to Everton and Leeds.
“If the content of the exchanges between CAA and these two clubs has not filtered, there is a good chance of seeing the Frenchman leave Paris this summer for a Premier League club.”
Risk reward
Frank Lampard needs to improve the defence after a season that saw it highlighted as one of the main reasons the club were in danger of relegation.
He has already signed James Tarkowski on a free transfer from Burnley, but may require further help from the likes of Chelsea’s Levi Colwill.
Although Vitalii Mykolenko developed into a strong option in Kurzawa’s preferred position on the left as the previous campaign went on, the versatile option of Jonjoe Kenny has moved on, so if the Frenchman is available on a very good deal it could be a viable option.

It seems highly unlikely that any Premier League side, let alone Everton with their financial restraints, would be ready to spend major money on someone who has hardly played for a year.
The 29-year-old was never a season-long starter even before he fell out of favour, but he has enough quality to have made into into the French side so often.
He even signed a four-year contract extension with the Ligue 1 champions two years ago, but despite two seasons still remaining on that deal they seem to want rid of him more than they would want a sizeable fee.
If reasonable wages and a very low price were possible then it could be the kind of cut-price addition that the club need this summer, but in the circumstances Kurzawa is certainly not someone the club can risk blowing a significant fraction of the budget on.
