Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel issues transfer update on Everton target Conor Gallagher
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has hinted at every player being available for sale amid Conor Gallagher’s links to Everton.
According to the Evening Standard, the Toffees along with Crystal Palace and West Ham are keen on signing the England international on loan.
Despite claiming that he’s happy with the 22-year-old, Tuchel has still left the door open on a potential exit this summer.

When asked about the interest in Gallagher and Callum Hudson-Odoi, he said, “It depends on what the player wants, how bad the player wants it, what we think about who is ready to pay a certain amount of money and then maybe everybody is for sale.
“Conor fights in central midfield.
“To be honest, it is a very tough fight for him. It seems we only have two places in central midfield. Given the amount of players we have for central midfield, it isn’t ideal I agree.
“But we have to do what’s best for the squad not just each individual player, so these thoughts are not 100 per cent about the formation. But at the moment, he is absolutely fine.”
Snap him up
It is pretty evident that the Toffees need reinforcements in the middle of the park this summer.
Despite signing Amadou Onana for big money, another midfielder is the need of the hour for Frank Lampard.
In Gallagher, he will be getting a midfielder who he’s worked with at Chelsea and the 22-year-old himself will be looking up to him.
There have been talks of Idrissa Gueye returning to Goodison Park, but that move may not happen and does seem unlikely at the moment.
It is understood that he is reconsidering a return to Everton and does have doubts over the move should he part ways with PSG this month.
Given his uncertainties, it does make a who lot of sense to make a move for someone who certainly will want to move as he’ll want to play and earn himself a spot in England’s World Cup squad.
