Chelsea could offload Everton target Armando Broja on loan if they sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Everton keen to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja but a direct transfer is unlikely, as per Ben Jacobs.

The CBSSportsGolazo journalist shared on Twitter on 14 August that Chelsea won’t offer Broja as part of any permanent deal with the Toffees.

The Blues are looking to sign former Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, but even if he arrives, the club will only offload him on loan.

Jacobs wrote on Twitter: “Everton are keen on Armando Broja but told it’s unlikely he’ll be offered as part of any permanent deal at this stage. Chelsea reluctant to sell, and even if Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang arrives would prefer to loan him out. Broja still undecided if he’s prepared to go on loan again.”

Chelsea raid?

Broja is not the only Chelsea player who is being targeted by Everton.

According to 90 Min, The Toffees are interested in a host of Chelsea players including Michy Batshuayi, Billy Gilmour, Conor Gallagher, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ross Barkley.

It remains to be seen if Lampard will be able to bring some of them to Goodison Park this summer.

Broja will be a terrific signing for the Blues. The 20-year-old enjoyed a brilliant loan spell with Southampton last season, and he doesn’t want to leave on loan.

Thomas Tuchel is an admirer of Broja’s talents, and he doesn’t want to lose him either. However, the Blues could be open to a loan move.

Chelsea need to sign a striker before the end of the transfer window. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the only striker left at the club, and he is currently out injured.

Batshuayi could be an interesting option for Chelsea, while Frank Lampard is also reportedly keen to sign Southampton striker Che Adams.
