Dele Alli Goodison Park exit could open door for Adnan Januzaj to join Everton
Dele Alli is close to ending his torrid spell at Everton to join Besiktas – and that could open the door for Adnan Januzaj to join Frank Lampard’s side.
According to Turkish media outlet Fanatik (20 August), Besiktas hope to have a deal tied up for the Everton midfielder soon.
RMC journalist Sacha Tavolieri revealed (via Twitter, 18 August) that Januzaj is waiting on a move to Goodison Park with the 27-year-old keen on a return to the Premier League.

It’s understood that the club see Januzaj as a potential replacement for Anthony Gordon, however, there could be potential for the former Manchester United man to join the Toffees if and when Alli leaves Goodison Park.
It is definitely time for Alli to leave Merseyside after a, quite frankly, horrendous January transfer from Tottenham Hotspur.
He is the epitome of the poor transfer business that has gone on behind the scenes at Everton in recent years, with the 26-year-old clearly on a steep decline in his career.
Offloading Alli now is smart business from the club, with the potential add-ons that could be owed to Spurs if he remains at Goodison Park.

Hopefully, Alli is the last time Everton spend an extortionate amount on a player who is not deserving of representing the Toffees.
It’s time for the attacking midfielder to get away from the stresses of England and forge a career for himself elsewhere, whether Besiktas is the right move, is very much up for debate.
Januzaj would be a smarter piece of business by Everton, with the 27-year-old now a free agent after his exit from Real Sociedad in July.
It will be interesting to see if the club hierarchy do pursue a move for the attacking midfielder when Alli does eventually leave for the Turkish side.
