Tottenham Hotspur keep close eye on Everton forward Anthony Gordon
Tottenham Hotspur are looking to bolster their attacking midfield areas, and they’ve earmarked Everton youngster Anthony Gordon as one of their targets.
According to a report from Football London, Spurs are “continuing to monitor the situation” of Gordon.
However, Chelsea are still leading the race for his signature. The Toffees have rejected a massive £45m bid already for their young talent.

Spurs have been done some excellent business this summer, but it seems unlikely that they can pull off a deal for Gordon.
It remains unclear whether the Toffees will sell their promising young talent as Frank Lampard himself has made it clear that the player is not for sale.
At the same time, it is getting increasingly clear that the club need to sign a striker this summer. They cannot go on an entire season without a proper number nine.
Everton are operating on a tight budget, and selling Gordon will provide Lampard with the cash to bolster the attacking areas.
If the Toffees decide to sell the player, Chelsea are most likely to snap him up. They have come closest to the player’s valuation, and Gordon could be attracted to play under Thomas Tuchel.
Well, it will be ludicrous to ignore Conte’s pulling power completely. However, chances are high that Chelsea are likely to secure his signature, if Everton decide to alter their stance.
