Chelsea prepare mega £60m deal including add-ons for Anthony Gordon, would raise transfer funds
Chelsea are now willing to spend £60million to sign Everton star Anthony Gordon in the final week of the transfer window, according to Sky Sports.
The reliable outlet has reported on its website that the mega-deal would include add-ons for the Toffees, with the bid set to fly as talks continue.
Frank Lampard is said to want more forward options, and this would increase his finances to put him in a position to get a deal done before the window slams shut himself.

Todd Boehly is said to be undergoing a complete overhaul at Stamford Bridge, bringing in younger players with the likes of Carney Chukwuemeka already being poached from Aston Villa.
Gordon would fit into that category, and it is already said that he would like to make that move down to London if both clubs can come to an agreement – nothing he would force.
A new contract does remain on the table for the winger at Goodison Park though, with the stance of the club that he is not for sale, although it is unknown whether £60million will change their minds.

Silly Money.
This is on a similar level to what was brought in for Richarlison.
Of course, it will be tempting, but this is going to be a huge test of strength for not only Lampard but for Farhad Moshiri, who will likely face big questions if this is accepted.
Everton are crying out for more attacking options, but selling your best attacker to do that simply doesn’t make sense, with the young winger the heart and soul of this club.
Doing it one week before the window slams shut would also be ludicrous, with limited time to get anything over the line at Goodison Park before next Wednesday [31 August].
£60million is a huge amount of money, but with the premium on young English stars that have Premier League, it could go even higher.
A big decision is on the horizon, let’s hope the club get this one right this time.
