Everton exit for Dele Alli now ‘very advanced’ – Frank Lampard
Dele Alli is on the brink of an exit from Everton after only a few months and now Frank Lampard has confirmed the likelihood of him leaving.
The 26-year-old only arrived at Goodison Park in January as Tottenham Hotspur allowed him to leave on a free transfer on deadline day with instalments per 20 appearances in the deal.
Having failed to impress Frank Lampard, the Toffees are now close to sanctioning his move to Turkish Super League side Besiktas but the deal is not quite complete yet.

“He’s very advanced to moving to Besiktas. It’s not absolutely done yet but it’s very advanced,” Lampard said after the 1-0 Carabao Cup victory away at Fleetwood Town, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
Alli was due to be unveiled at the Black and Whites’ game against Faith Karagumruk on Sunday but he was instead an unused substitute for Everton at home to Nottingham Forest.
Divorce
It has not been the smoothest of times at Goodison Park for Alli and he is now set for his third different club in the space of eight months to try and resurrect his career.
Unlike most new signings, there was no honeymoon period for Everton and the England international and they instead headed straight to the ugly ending which has tainted the summer.

With Lampard needing every player in his squad to do his job, Alli’s inability to do his has left his surplus to requirements on Merseyside and the chance to get away from England and the British media entirely should do him the world of good.
One more free space in the registration will be welcomed by the boss who still has plenty of work to do off the pitch before the deadline on 1 September.
Replacing Alli won’t be difficult though because anybody can sit on the bench and underwhelm while getting paid a bucketload.
