Nathan Patterson shares his personal Everton training method
Everton right-back Nathan Patterson has suggested that he is working on improving his shooting abilities in training.
The 20-year-old defender has impressed heavily this season for the Toffees who are yet to pick up a win so far.
He has started in every single Premier League game and was very impressive against Liverpool in the 0-0 Merseyside derby draw last week.

The former Rangers defender has vowed that he will be getting more assists this season.
“The opponents are tougher down here, so you have more of a defensive duty. That is my main priority. My first job is to defend. It is good getting up to people, putting tackles in and making the crowd go nuts,” said Patterson in an interview with The Times.
“I could probably have a couple of goals if my shooting was a wee bit better but I am working on that in training. The assists will come.
“I believe in myself going forward. I don’t shy away from it. But when you are playing a team higher in the league, you need to suss out your opponent and see the areas you can attack.”
Bright future
Patterson joined the Toffees from Rangers in the January transfer window for a fee in the region of £16million.
He picked up an ankle ligament injury shortly after joining and was ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
The pre-season injury to Seamus Coleman has opened the door for him to make an impact on the senior side, and he did it with great aplomb.
He has done extremely well in the league and was outstanding against Liverpool in particular.

Patterson is one hell of a talent. He is brave and intelligent. He loves to tackle and showed great focus and concentration while defending at any stage of the game.
He is equally good with his attacking movements. The youngster loves to join the attack, and get into the box in dangerous areas which shows his confidence in his ability.
With Ashley Cole around him, he is developing at a fast pace. Patterson could have added some goals to his name had he been more clinical.
However, he is still very young. It’s good to see that he is working on shooting techniques.
