Door ajar for Yerry Mina to seal Everton exit in January
Everton defender Yerry Mina may receive another big opportunity to move to a top European club in the January transfer window.
According to a report from Calciomercato, Inter Milan are looking to sell Milan Skriniar in January, and they are eyeing a move for Mina.
The 28-year-old defender has made only one Premier League appearance so far, and once again has picked up injury issues.

Mina has only a few months left in his current contract with the Toffees, and the club must sell him in January, if there’s an offer on the table.
The Colombian could be tempted by the move. Even he knows that given his form and fitness, this is his best chance of moving to a top club.
The Toffees have bolstered their defence in the summer by adding James Tarkowski and Conor Coady, and as such Mina has dropped down the pecking order at the club.
Frank Lampard has the likes of Mason Holgate and Michael Keane at his disposal, and therefore, he can easily afford to let Mina go.

To be fair, when he is fit and firing, Mina is arguably one of the best defenders around, but his injury record suggests he can’t be trusted.
Everton can’t simply offer him a new deal. He’s finished at the club. Lampard would rather have someone whom he can rely on, and use him on a weekly basis.
Mina has only a handful of games to change Lampard’s mind, but he would really struggle to get into the first team at the moment.
His time at Goodison Park is truly coming to an end.
