Inter Milan willing to shell out £8.8million to sign Everton defender Yerry Mina
Inter Milan are reportedly prepared to shell out £8.8million to sign Everton defender Yerry Mina in the January transfer window as they eye defensive reinforcements.
According to Calciomercato on 11 October, the 2020/21 Serie A champions are likely to part ways with defender Milan Skriniar.
They have identified Mina as a replacement and the move would suddenly hinge on the Colombian’s salary demands should they make a move for him.

Goner?
Mina has featured sparingly since Frank Lampard took over at Goodison Park and that’s more to do with the player than the manager.
He has seldom stayed fit for a consistent run of fixtures and it seems that he clearly does not fancy playing for the Toffees.
We’ve often seen players running through brick walls and playing through the pain barrier, but Mina certainly is doing none of that.
There have been occasions in the past where he’s been fit for his country but whenever the time comes to play for his club, he miraculously picks up injuries.
The 28-year-old is likely to be ruled out a few more weeks after playing just one game this season and we won’t be surprised if we do not see him again in an Everton jersey.
With his contract expiring at the end of the season, the quoted valuation is actually higher than what we expected for someone who has barely played in the last six months so the Toffees must grab it as they’re unlikely to get a club willing to pay more than what Inter are shelling out.
