Everton transfer decision vindicated as Dele Alli continues to struggle
Dele Alli continues to struggle in Turkey and his long-term Everton future looks bleak.
Alli, who joined from Tottenham in the January window, was sent on loan to Besiktas in the summer.
Frank Lampard challenged him to rediscover the form that made him one of the stars of the Premier League when he burst on to the scene.

Alli has managed to feature in six of the eleven games played so far in the league.
His overall performance is far from satisfactory. He has struggled with injury problems and was replaced in the 53rd minute during Besiktas’ 2-1 loss against Hatayspor this week.
The former Spurs attacking midfielder is yet to play the full 90 minutes for the club, and Besiktas now have reservations about signing him permanently, as reported by A Spor.
It’s becoming increasingly clear Lampard’s decision to send him away is vindicated. He was on the decline and was not doing enough in the training.

It’s a shame that a player of his caliber has completely ruined his career, purely due to a lack of application and hard work.
In the summer, irrespective of what Besiktas decide on Alli, it’s clear Lampard won’t entertain him at any cost.
He wants players who will fight for the badge, and who are hungry to prove a point. Alli has lost that spark and he is not doing enough to reignite his career.
If he reflects back upon his career, he will find that he’s not doing any justice to his talent. Unless there’s a dramatic improvement in form, his fare lies beyond Goodison Park.
