Fresh update emerges on £500m Everton Bramley-Moore Dock stadium after contract agreement

Everton have reportedly agreed a contract for the final stage of the Bramley Moore Dock stadium which is going to cost £500million.

According to Invest Liverpool [27 October], almost 150 new jobs have been created with 67% of the workforce on the scheme being drawn from north Liverpool.

It will create further opportunities down the line with students also now involving themselves in the project.

Everton

Fantastic

This stadium is not just good for the club, but it is for the city and the general community as a whole as well.

Within a few years, there’s going to be a different feeling about Merseyside and we’re excited to see just how big a deal it’s going to be then.

There is a knowledge transfer partnership in place with Liverpool John Moores University which will help more students to become actively engaged in the project.

A generation of people and Everton fans growing up will feel proud that they contributed to one of the best stadiums in England and certainly the best one in Liverpool.

The designs show what a magnificent arena it’s going to be and it’s certainly going to lead to the development of the neighbouring area.

Hopefully, nothing drastic happens to the club in terms of the Premier League status as it would be a massive shame to play in the Championship in the new stadium.
