Jeff Stelling predicts Everton showdown v Fulham in Premier League
Jeff Stelling doesn’t see Everton picking up back-to-back wins in the Premier League in Saturday afternoon’s clash against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Frank Lampard has had an up-and-down start to the campaign for the Blues but goes into the Fulham fixture off the back of a sensational 3-0 win over Crystal Palace.
Sky Sports’ Soccer Saturday host Stelling expects Everton to fall down to their knees against Fulham this weekend, writing on the Super6 website that he predicts Fulham to beat the Blues 2-1.

Understandable.
Fulham are flying-high in the Premier League and sit in a comfortable 7th place in the table, five points ahead of the Toffees.
So it’s understandable that Stelling would pick them to beat the Blues, especially when you consider Lampard’s side’s hit-and-miss form.
Both have lost games and a draw wouldn’t be out of the question either, but Craven Cottage has proved to be a tough place to get points this campaign.
Some would argue that after Everton’s emphatic win against Palace they’d be favourites going into the game but in the Premier League anything is possible.
Results this season have been such a mixed bag it is virtually impossible to predict the outcome of games at the moment.
The Blues will be hoping forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin can get on the scoresheet again after making a successful return from injury last weekend.
Let’s hope three points can cap off a solid few weeks for the Toffees, anything other than another relegation battle will be welcomed.
