Stan Collymore delivers harsh verdict on Everton player Dele Alli
Stan Collymore urges Everton attacker Dele Alli to step up or do something else for a living as he’s now offering to help him improve.
The England international is currently out on loan at Besiktas and things aren’t going too well for the 26-year-old there.
Collymore thinks that he’s an extremely talented player but he should not be playing football professionally if he’s unwilling to take the profession seriously.

He told Caught Offside, “If he’s watching this – I will help him personally, of the field, to help him get where he wants to be again.
“He’s got to break the cycle or he’s got to do something else for a living.”
Spot on
Collymore may be brutal but he’s actually willing to help him and is spot on with all his criticisms of the player.
Nobody denies that Alli isn’t a talented player, but he hasn’t showcased that talent for a number of years now.
He was close to being one of the best young attackers ever in terms of numbers in the Premier League when he was killing it under Mauricio Pochettino.
However, he ended up downing tools under the Argentine at Spurs and we’ve not seen any improvement in his attitude ever since.
It’s fair to say that his career at Goodison Park is over but if he wants to salvage something of his prime years then he’s got to do better.
Having him off the payroll was an important step taken by Everton this summer and it’s also paramount that they do not make such mistakes in the future.
