Everton talks to be had over Daichi Kamada transfer
Everton talks are to be held over Eintracht Frankfurt playmaker Daichi Kamada as they seek to strengthen their squad in January, according to Dean Jones.
The Toffees have entered the six-week World Cup break just one point above the relegation zone following back-to-back losses to Bournemouth and a run of one win in their last nine outings.
Subsequently, Lampard’s side is looking to strengthen their paper-thin squad in January and are ready to lure the Bundesliga star to the Premier League.

Frankfurt slapped a £26million price tag on the playmaker earlier last year, but now risk losing him on a free transfer – with the 26-year-old’s contract due to expire next summer.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Jones detailed Everton’s interest in Kamada, saying: “I can see it being a conversation to have further down the line, but it’ll depend on where they measure up against the other teams.”

Creativity
Kamada will represent Japan at the Qatar World Cup later this month after being selected by head coach Hajime Moriyasu, and Lampard is likely to keep a keen eye on the 26-year-old throughout the course of the tournament.
The attacking midfielder could provide the attacking flair which Everton have dearly missed this season, having netted 12 goals and four assists in 22 outings for Frankfurt.
Having been a key component in Frankfurt’s Europa League winning campaign last season, Kamada also has experience playing on a European stage on a regular basis.
The price tag placed on the attacker is well within Everton’s reach, and they should pounce on the talented Japanese international before other Premier Lague clubs come sniffing.
An attacking trio of Kamada, Anthony Gordon and Demarai Gray would prove an adequate remedy to Everton’s lack of creativity and, along with a number nine, would surely turn Lampard’s fortunes around.
