Everton must make move for havoc-wreaking forward Ismaïla Sarr
Everton must make a move for the havoc causing Watford forward Ismaila Sarr after the club were linked with a move for the 24-year-old by Goal journalist Ignazio Genuardi.
The journalist suggests the forward could leave Watford in January, leaving the door wide open for Frank Lampard and the Toffees to make a move.
And as far as frighteningly good forwards go, Sarr fits the bill for the kind of menacing talent who could reignite life into the Blues’ frailing attack.
Independent journalist Miguel Delaney highlighted how Sarr wreaked havoc in Senegal’s FIFA World Cup defeat to England on 4 December.
“Good hand Pickford. Sarr again causing havoc,” he said on Twitter.
The Toffees desperately need a wide attacker who can give them attacking outlets against Premier League full-backs and Sarr should certainly provide some food for thought in the Everton hierarchy.

Makes too much sense.
Everton’s attacking woes have been plain to see so far this campaign and they aren’t going away unless the club invest in some spicy new talents.
Sarr has proven he can do it in the Premier League before and showed in Senegal’s FIFA World Cup game against England that he can mix it with the best in the country.
He’s a nightmare for opposing defenders and combined with another new centre-forward signing, he could reignite the Toffees attack.
The forward is versatile too and could offer a menacing threat from anywhere across Everton’s front three, something Lampard can play around with at will.
Lampard will also love the Senegalese forward’s direct and pacy play something this Everton side has been missing for countless seasons on end.
If he wants to leave Watford in January, the Blues would be foolish to not pursue a move, at 24-years-old he’s still very much in his prime and could be a useful weapon for years to come.
