Ivan Fresneda could be perfect replacement for Everton hero Seamus Coleman
By the end of the season, Everton skipper Seamus Coleman will have made 400 appearances for the club, unless he picks up a serious injury.
Ever since joining the club in 2009, Coleman has been a symbol of excellence for the club, and he will forever be idolised as a legendary figure at Goodison Park.
Unlike some of the great Premier League right-backs, Coleman is not blessed with great technical abilities, but he covered it up with grit, passion, courage, and tenacity.

To be honest, it won’t be easy to find another Coleman. His contract expires at the end of the season, and needless to say there seems to be an urgency from the Toffees to sign a new right-back.
It remains to be seen whether he will be offered a new deal at the club, but definitely, the club needs back-up options at right-back.
That is why Real Valladolid sensation Ivan Fresneda would be a terrific addition for the club.
According to Diario AS on 14 December, the Toffees have already made a move to sign the 18-year-old right-back who is making tremendous progress at the La Liga club.

He is seen as one of the “biggest promises” in Europe at the moment, and there is a frantic race to sign him.
The sample size is little and hardly an indicator to suggest that he could be perfect for the Toffees, but the talent is there for all of us to see.
The youngster has made 2.5 tackles and managed 1.3 interceptions, as per WhoScored. He is not just strong defensively, but has a penchant for making intelligent passes, and he manages 1.5 key passes on average.
His value has risen to £25.8m after he made six appearances in the first team, but surely that would be negotiable.
Lampard may have just found a long-term replacement for Coleman, and it’s now over to Kevin Thelwell to wrap it up.
