Agent of Everton target Pape Abou Cisse shares major transfer update
Federico Pastorello, the agent of Olympiacos defender Pape Abou Cisse claims that the Everton-linked ace is set to leave for a bigger club.
Discussing his client’s future with Tutto Mercato Web, he namedropped a potential move to England, Spain as well as Italy.
The 27-year-old Senegal international’s contract expires at the end of next season and it’s understood that he will not be signing a new deal there and is likely to leave at least a year before it runs out.

Pastorello said, “If something doesn’t happen already in January, which I expect, surely he will leave in the summer because the club’s requests have dropped as his contract is about to expire.
“He is too good a player not to have an opportunity in a top European league, such as Italy, Spain and England.”
Big news
Sportime reported in June 2022 that the Toffees were considering a move for the Senegal centre-back.
However, the 27-year-old did not end up moving to Goodison Park or any club for that matter and stayed put in Olympiacos.
Now, it seems that he will be on the move and Everton can brace themselves for interest from elsewhere as well as he’s likely to be a man in demand.
The Daily Star reported in June that Brighton were also interested in signing the centre-back with other clubs like Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle also keeping tabs on him.
This could be a long-drawn battle this summer with at least a few of the clubs wanting to sign a new centre-back.
If the Toffees manage to cash in on Yerry Mina, they may look to get a quick deal done Abdou Cisse because it’s going to be a lot harder for them to sign him in the summer as new sides will likely enter the fray.
