Everton yet to receive transfer offer from Rangers for Tom Davies
Everton have not reportedly received a bid from Rangers to sign midfielder Tom Davies in the January transfer window.
According to the 4th Official [9 January], the SPFL side want to sign the Englishman but are yet to solidify their interest with an approach or an offer.
Davies has made 169 appearances for the club but has found game time hard to come by under Frank Lampard this season.

Sell at the right price
Davies is an Everton academy product and has gone on to make over 150 appearances for the club which tells you just how far he’s come.
He’s been at the club his entire life so moving away would be a tough decision for him if it does end up happening.
It seems clear that there are a few midfielders ahead of him in the pecking order and for the betterment of his career, a move away would be ideal.

Everton would also make some money from one of their most successful academy prospects and then can use the money to reinvest in other areas of the pitch.
It remains to be seen if Rangers do end up coming in with an official bid as they seem to have their eyes on Norwich City’s Todd Cantwell as well.
Even if they don’t, it does seem like his future is bleak if Frank Lampard remains at the helm at Goodison Park so an exit does seem to be the likely option.
