Yerry Mina spotted talking to Everton fans post Premier League defeat v Southampton

Yerry Mina promises Everton fans that he will fight for the club after he was spotted in conversation with a bunch of passionate supporters.

The Colombian was an unused substitute as his side lost 2-1 at home to Goodison Park.

After the game, he was spotted on the streets of Liverpool talking to Everton fans and he promised one of them that he would continue fighting.

As shared on Twitter, Mina was heard saying, “I will give my life for this club.”

Worth keeping?

Mina moved to Goodison Park in August 2018 from Barcelona and it’s fair to say that his time at Everton has been topsy-turvy.

He made his debut against Wolves but he has often been used as a rotation player and had numerous injuries which have halted his progress.

In the 2019-2020 season, he was a regular starter but the following year, he had less playing time and it’s pretty evident that he’s not rated by the coaching staff at the club.

He also has not done anything to prove why he deserves to stay at the club and has constantly been linked with a move away from the club.

It’s also understood that the Toffees will not be making any efforts to retain the player’s services, so it remains to be seen what the course of action is for them.
