Talent agents send best wishes as Everton exit confirmed in January
Talent agents SEG Football sent their best wishes to former Everton youngster Seb Quirk as he joined Accrington Stanley from the Toffees.
The 21-year-old midfielder joined the Blues at the age of 11 and went on to sign his first professional contract with the club in 2020.
SEG Football admitted it’s time for Quirk to “prove it” in League One with Accrington Stanley in a deal which sees the maestro stay at the club until 2025.
“Let’s prove it,” said SEG Football on their personal Twitter account. (20 January, 10:02 AM)
“Everton youth academy player Seb Quirk signs a permanent deal with Accrington Stanley until 2025. Good luck to him.”

Strange decision.
With the starlets contract coming to an end in June 2023 it seems the club have opted to cash in on the bright talent rather than keep him at the club.
During the 2019/20 campaign, he scored four goals and provided five assists in 13 league outings for Everton Under-18s, something which prompted his first professional contract to be signed.
His versatile midfield performances saw him promoted to the Everton U23s team where he made four Premier League 2 appearances before the season was halted by the COVID pandemic.
The maestro made a further eight outings for the U23s in the 2020/2021 campaign and seemed to be highly thought of amongst staff and coaches.
After making nine appearances in the 2021/2022 season, Quirk put pen to paper on a one-year contract extension something which has now been cut short.
Hopefully, the midfielder will now get the minutes that he is craving with League One club Accrington, there is arguably no better league for him to learn his trade-in.
