Everton: Sky Sports make awful Eddie Howe-Sean Dyche blunder as footage emerges
Sky Sports made an awful Everton blunder on 30 January as they mistakingly captioned a video of Sean Dyche as Eddie Howe arriving at Finch Farm.
Dyche has yet to be formally announced as the new Toffees boss, something which will likely be shared at some point today [30 January].
And it seems Sky Sports were left just as confused by the Blues’ lack of managerial news and opted to make up a sensational manager swap of their own.
“Eddie Howe arriving at the Everton training ground,” exclaimed Sky Sports on Twitter. (30 January)
Did Howe have second thoughts about the Anthony Gordon deal? Did the youngster’s turtleneck scare him into a managerial switch-up? Who knows.
The clock is ticking.

The clock is certainly ticking for Everton to get some transfer business of their own signed and sealed across the line before the transfer window shuts.
Dyche will likely have some names in mind but he’s got little to no time to sort much out, especially considering he still hasn’t been announced as the club’s new manager.
In typical chaotic Everton fashion, this is apparently how business is done at Goodison and unfortunately for Blues, this has become an all but familiar scenario.
Hopefully, fans will be seeing some fresh faces alongside Dyche arriving at Finch Farm over the next 24 hours, change and new signings are an absolute must.
It’s shocking to see that the club has left all this until the last minute yet again, something which is never a bright idea when trying to negotiate new transfers.
With Gordon gone, the funds received from the winger need to be reinvested wisely, with luck, Dyche can do this in the short amount of time he has.
