Sean Dyche could sign Conor Gallagher and Kamaldeen Sulemana now he’s appointed Everton manager – Fabrizio Romano
Everton could look to make double signings in the next 32 hours after Sean Dyche has been confirmed as the club’s next manager, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Writing for The Guardian, the transfer guru has suggested that the Toffees are looking to sign Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher and Rennes winger Kamaldeen Sulemana in the closing stages of the window.
The Toffees have submitted an offer in the region of £40m with the rest in add-ons for Gallagher, but the 22-year-old is unlikely to move to Goodison Park.

Time running out
Everton have sold Anthony Gordon for a fee of around £45m to Newcastle United, and they need to be smart to use the money properly.
Gallagher was terrific during his loan spell at Crystal Palace and he was impressive in recent games for Chelsea.
However, he could be allowed to leave if the Blues sign Enzo Fernandez from Benfica this month.
Still, it won’t be easy to lure him away.

Other Premier League clubs, especially Newcastle United could be interested in signing him, and Gallagher himself may refuse the chance to join Goodison Park.
The Toffees are in the relegation zone and they need some quality additions in the market.
The problem is Gallagher alone won’t solve major issues. Everton need a lot of depth in their forward areas – a new striker, an attacking midfielder and a quality winger are needed.
With time running out, it could be a frantic next 32 hours for the Toffees who are yet to sign a player this month.
