Everton transfer news as Viktor Gyokeres and Kamaldeen Sulemana emerge as targets
Sky Sports journalist Vinny O’Connor is reporting that Everton are interested in both Coventry’s Viktor Gyokeres and Rennes winger Kamaldeen Sulemana.
O’Connor shared that Everton need to weigh up whether or not players they sign today can hit the ground running and get straight into the action against Arsenal this weekend.
Gyorkeres and Sulemana would both be fantastic additions to this Toffees squad, whether or not they can pull off signing both is another question altogether.

“Everton need to bring in players to strengthen for new manager Sean Dyche,” said O’Connor to Sky Sports. (31 January, 10:34 AM)
“They are one of the clubs interested in Rennes winger Kamaldeen Sulemana along with Southampton. He may cost in the region of £20m or more.
“Everton are also interested in Coventry City striker Viktor Gyokeres. He is a player the club have been interested in for a while.
“They need to weigh up who can hit the ground running as they fight to stay in the Premier League. Everton need players coming in who can go straight into the team to face Arsenal on Saturday.”

Get a move on.
Evertonians will be used to the club getting linked with players and potential transfers in what has been a crazy month for the club.
But it’s time to start putting some of these words into action and hopefully, Dyche can pull off some form of a miracle in the dying moments of today’s window.
His presence and the potential stability he brings to the club will only help in would-be signings wanting to move to Goodison Park.
Gyokeres would be the dream signing today and his presence up top for the Blues is far more needed than that of Sulemana on the wing.
Signing both talents would obviously be great but Everton are far from perfect in transfer windows and the likelihood of this happening is extremely slim.
Ultimately whoever the Toffees move for will come down to who Dyche thinks the team needs more, surely it has to be a centre forward.
