Injury expert: Three Arsenal players out of Everton clash, Thomas Partey a doubt
Arsenal are set to be without three players for their Premier League clash against Everton as Mikel Arteta sweats on the fitness of Thomas Partey, according to injury expert, Ben Dinnery.
Gabriel Jesus is not expected to return until the start of March after sustaining a serious knee injury at the World Cup in Qatar (Premier injuries website).
Reiss Nelson is out for a “while” with a thigh injury and Mohamed Elneny is out for an extended period of time after undergoing knee surgery.
Dinnery currently ranks Partey’s chances of playing at “25 per cent” after the Ghanian underwent an MRI scan on a chest injury.
Get behind them
Sean Dyche has been left with the unenviable task of trying to secure Everton’s Premier League survival. Unfortunately for the former Burnley boss, he wasn’t backed in the transfer market. Deadline day was a complete disaster for the Merseyside club.

The Guardina’s Fabrizio Romano has claimed (1 February) that Andre Ayew is travelling to the UK to hold talks with various clubs – one being Everton.
He’s hardly the most glamorous signing, but having an international striker within their ranks would be better than nothing. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been disappointing and Neal Maupay has struggled since his arrival from Brighton.
If there’s one man who can turn this ship around it’s Dyche, and a positive result against the league leaders would be the ideal start. Despite their dreadful form, this group of players will still be backed to the bitter end by the Goodison Park faithful
