Richard Keys drops instant reaction to Everton moment v Arsenal with Sean Dyche joke

Richard Keys made a joke about Everton playing the Burnley way as they managed to secure the three points against Arsenal.

The league leaders visited Goodison Park in Dyche’s first game in charge and ended up losing 1-0 on Saturday, 4 February.

This was an important result for the Toffees as it took them a step closer to safety as they battle relegation.

Keys wrote on Twitter, “Burnleyton.”

Gritty and impressive

This was a classic Sean Dyche performance and the way he inspired this Everton side was unreal.

It was a team bereft of confidence and basic awareness of what needs to be done to get results over the line.

However, on Saturday, miraculously this side played unlike how it has in the past and we’re delighted to see everyone showing up for the manager.

everton

It’s hard to fault even one performance as everyone did what was expected from them and it was a comprehensive team victory.

Dyche knows that maintaining this kind of consistency is important and isn’t going to be easy but early signs suggest that he knows what he’s doing.

It’s a shame that the board did not back him in January but this squad is still good enough to get them out of trouble this season under the right coaching.
