Luis Sinisterra ruled out for Leeds United in clash v Everton – BBC Sport

Leeds United forward Luis Sinisterra is one of three players ruled out for the Whites in Saturday’s crucial relegation three-pointer with Everton, according to BBC Sport.

The Colombian forward was forced off in the first half of Leeds United’s 2-2 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford with what looked like a muscular problem.

BBC Sport reports that Sinisterra joins both Stuart Dallas and Adam Forshaw on the Whites’ treatment table, while Pascal Struijk returns to action following the concussion injury he suffered soon after Sinisterra’s injury at Old Trafford.

Everton

Close to call

Saturday’s clash between two of the division’s most struggling teams is due to be a rather intense and enthralling encounter at Goodison Park. A pure relegation three-pointer.

A contest which is certainly too close to call right now. The Whites are without a win since the start of November and may argue that they need this win more especially with the club being managerless.

The Toffees have been buoyed by Sean Dyche’s appointment, kicking off his tenure with an impressive 1-0 win over Arsenal but were brought immediately back down to earth in the 2-0 defeat to fierce rivals Liverpool on Monday.

Dyche and the club fans will be fully expecting a response from his men who never looked like competing against Jurgen Klopp’s inspired team.

This is a game Everton really should be winning in front of their home fans, and if Dyche can make Goodison Park a fortress again for the remainder of the campaign, they have every chance of navigating their way out of a perilous position once again.
