Everton: Nathan Patterson reacts to picture on Twitter after injury update emerges
Nathan Patterson has reacted to pictures on Twitter after he made his long-awaited return from injury on 17 February playing in an Everton U21s fixture against Tottenham.
Patterson shared that it was good to get an hour of playing time in and the fixture allowed him to blow away a few “cobwebs” after his time on the sideline.
His return will be welcomed with open arms by Evertonians after the youngster made a terrific start to the Premier League campaign this season.
“Good to get the hour, as planned,” said Patterson on Twitter. (17 February, 9:45 PM)
“And blow away a few cobwebs.”

Massive.
Patterson’s return to action for the Blues is nothing short of massive and the youngster will be pivotal in the club’s chances of staying in the Premier League.
Tried and tested Seamus Coleman has put in a right shift in Patterson’s absence, but the frantic and pacey Scot has youth on his side and is simply the better option to start.
Patterson proved that he is more than ready to mix it with the best in the Premier League at the start of the campaign and hopefully, the right-back can regain some of this form.
Sean Dyche will be hoping that he can use Patterson for upcoming Premier League games against Aston Villa and Arsenal as the Blues fight the dreaded drop.
Today’s relegation six-pointer against Leeds however seems to have come too soon for the young Scot and he’ll still have to watch that one from the sidelines.
Nevertheless, Evertonians will be buzzing to see that Patterson got some minutes for the U21s last night and they will likely be seeing him in first-team action very soon.
